Grace Period for Appointments:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we allow a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible. This courtesy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate all clients effectively. Please note that in order to stay within your allotted appointment time, certain aspects of your service may need to be adjusted or omitted. Should we be unable to complete the service within the remaining time, we will make every effort to reschedule you at the soonest available opportunity.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

To ensure that we can provide our exceptional services to all clients, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee and no-shows will incur a 100% fee. This policy is in place to prevent last-minute disruptions and to allow other clients the chance to book an appointment. We request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Our team will proactively reach out to confirm your appointment a few days in advance, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.
